This works even better if you can have someone throw out smoke when you move in to cap it. This will cloak the EOD so even if the other team hears it they may not be able to stop it in time.

You can also use the EOD Bot on defense to disarm M-COMs which have been armed. It is much easier to use an EOD Bot to do this than it is to disarm it yourself.

Another good way to use this vehicle is as an escort for a tank. The EOD Vehicle can not only repair tanks, but it can also disarm anti-tank mines. You will want to stay ahead of the tank and disarm any mines which may be hidden that could blow up your tank. Anti-tank mines will take out a tank in a single hit so this function is vital.

Alternatively, you can deploy the EOD Bot and use it to take down tanks. While AT mines are more effective, you have to choose between the AT Mines and the EOD Bot, so it can be a good back up if you have it equipped.

The trick to using the EOD Bot is to just get good with it. It is a little hard to control and it gets stuck all the time when you are first starting out. However, when you get good at controlling it, it is much easier to use and you will have a lot of success with it.
